
Close your eyes. Breathe in... breathe out...
Ignore, for some minutes, all these outside noises. Fill your lungs completely. Hold your breath for three seconds and, slowly, let the air out, through your mouth. Notice your diaphragm going up and down.
Clear your mind.
Keep breathing, and imagine a place that soothes you.
Slowly, imagine time passing by, night approaching (or dawn) and a joyful feeling of spending countless hours in an enviroment that replenishes your drained vitality.
Still with your eyes closed, smile. Allow yourself the happiness of being in peace with yourself. Take in small bits of the ouside noises. Breathe in even deeper now, hold your breath for a few seconds and expel the air with all your strengh out of your lungs - make noise, if possible.
Now, open your eyes. I know you are staring at the same scenario as before. But inside of you an incredible journey has taken place. Enjoy the newly achieved energy!
